Dit is een checklist-op maat, die alleen toont wat voor jou van toepassing is. Neem de tijd om de vragen te beantwoorden en zo een checklist te maken die past bij jouw situatie. Hiervoor moet je een account aanmaken op deze website. Je kunt door in te loggen de checklist vaker bekijken, aanpassen of op een ander device (telefoon, laptop, tablet) bekijken. Jouw account is volledig anoniem en jouw gegevens worden verder nergens anders voor gebruikt.
